The description of the app implies that this is a full featured app, but if you cannot save your work then how much value is there? How difficult would it have been to put the warning text in the description of the app? I really don’t appreciate this sort of subterfuge with app developers. They are obviously aware of this issue because the moment you launch the app there is a bold face type message that states: Other great apps like GPX Binder are GPS Track Editor, GPX Editor, GPS TrackMaker and GpxRepairTool.

The best GPX Binder alternative is gpx.studio, which is both free and Open Source. You cannot use this app to plan your routes even though that’s what the description implies. There are more than 10 alternatives to GPX Binder for Windows, Linux, Mac, Web-based and Java. If you buy this one you then have to spend another $6 to get the actual app you want. This really should be the free version of the app because it doesn’t really do what you want. We also have an iOS version of the GPX Viewer with a similar name.
